Formulated with healing arnica, known for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties and used for medicinal purposes since the 1500s, our Over Did It Creme also contains an anti-inflammatory essential oil blend. This blend includes emu oil and castor oil to penetrate the skin providing deep relief from your toughest muscle or joint pain, naturally and effectively. How to Use: 

Massage into painful area as needed 3 to 4 times daily.

Inspired Apothecary's Bruise Soother Oil is formulated to alleviate pain and accelerate the healing of bumps and bruises.

Benefits and Uses:

This formula includes a high concentration of arnica, which helps reduce swelling, redness and pain associated with bumps and bruises. Arnica is a common ingredient used by plastic surgeons after surgery. Best if used immediately after injury, before the bruise even appears. Lightly scented with effective oils of peppermint, geranium, lavender and eucalyptus, this is the perfect remedy for athletes, models, little brothers and sisters or anyone who wants to diminish the intensity, pain and appearance of bumps and bruises.

How to use:

Please shake well before each use, as Bruise Oil Soother has no chemical binders. Apply generously to affected area twice daily. For best results, use Bruise Oil Soother as soon as possible after injury.  Continue massaging in oil, may be applied up to 4 times a day until bruise fades away.

How to use:

How to Use:

We recommend that you combine this product with another known scar fighter, massage.  Scar massage is an effective way to decrease scar tissue build up, improving collagen remodeling and increasing the flexibility of the damaged skin. Do not apply to open skin.  Start using Scar Corrector Oil once new skin is formed, approximately 2 weeks after the injury or surgery.  Must wait until the scab falls off naturally or after the sutures are removed. Apply a couple drops to the affected area and massage with 2 fingers in a circular motion for 10 minutes twice daily for 2 months on new scars and at least 6 months for old scars.

* Protect your scar from sun exposure for at least one year.  The sun will cause your damaged skin to hyper pigment, or cause dark marks.  Use sun block and wear protective clothing.

Tamanu Oil has anti-oxidant, antineuralgic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antibiotic and antioxidant properties. It also contains a number of specific lipids not typically found in other oils, including calophyllolide (stops inflammation), lactone (an antibiotic), and calophyllic acid (an uncommon type of fatty acid that particularly aids in healing acne).
